Personal Training

We work with all ages to help you increase:

  • Your overall fitness level

  • Lose weight

  • Prevent osteoporosis

  • Rehab after an injury or surgery

  • Increase flexibility and balance

  • Condition for a sport or competition

  • Prevent back pain

We offer private one-on-one personal training and semi-private for up to three people.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training gives you the benefit of working with a personal trainer but at a more affordable rate. By exercising in a group of no more than eight, our trainers can give you personalized attention to help you accomplish your fitness goals. All group training classes are progressive and run for 7 weeks.

Small Group Training classes include:

  • TRX Suspension Training,

  • Barre it All,

  • DRILL IT,

  • CORE and

  • Lose 10.

  • Or, we can create a custom program for you
