Fitness Programs

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING®

Try our new TRX Suspension Trainer program -- a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercises used to build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. We offering three types of classes with our new TRX equipment: TRX Fundamentals, builds total body strength and muscular endurance with repetitions of exercise and is the foundation to build a safe, effective fitness routine; TRX Body Blast, all of the exercises are choreographed to music with the class following the instructors cues to perform the movement together; and, TRX Circuit Training, a super-charged combo of strength and cardio training interval program with benefits of anaerobic, fat burning.

Use your baby as your weight for toning and shaping exercises.

Couch to 5K

Get off the couch and learn to run a 5K. Alternate between running and walking intervals until you are able to maintain a steady pace for 3.1 miles (a 5K). You'll learn proper stretching, warm-up and cool-down techniques.

Strength Training for Women

Increase muscle strength, flexibility and balance while burning calories and reducing your risk for osteoporosis. This class teaches you proper form, technique and the progression for training with free weights.

Thanksgiving Cycle

The Y is closed on Thanksgiving day, but we open the cycling studio for two hours in the morning for four half-hour classes starting at 8:00 am.
