Personal Training
Our personal trainers will help you reach your fitness and wellness goals through education, support, and motivation. Our Master Trainers hold the highest level of training, certification, and experience. If you have a special health concern or are looking for someone with advanced knowledge and experience, work with one of our master trainers. Our Certified Trainers are nationally certified with experience in personal training.
We work with children, teens and adults in the following areas: increase overall fitness, weight loss, osteoporosis prevention, post-injury rehabilitation, pre-surgery strengthening, athletic conditioning, increased flexibility and balance, and prevention or rehabilitation of back pain.

Complete Makeover
Our trainers will guide, educate and motivate you to get fit and healthy--and stay fit and healthy. This program includes 24 personal training sessions, two 30-minute nutritional consultations, and an individual workout program.
Get Started Program
Spend three sessions with a personal trainer who will design a twice-a-week, one month program for you. The first session is a consultation, and during the second and third sessions, your trainer will take you through the program.
Sport-Specific Strength Training
Our trainers work with you to help increase your speed, power, strength and agility. You will become a well-rounded athlete. We'll work with you and your schedule to meet your specific needs.
