Licensed Massage Therapist, Glynis Lomon, also holds office ours on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7-11am in the same location. Glynis has over 20 years of experience and combines many techniques including deep tissue, Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point work, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, myo-facial therapy and more. She is certified in Core Movement Integration as well. Become more aware of the movement patterns that are causing restriction or pain.
