Small Group Training
Small Group Training gives you the benefit of working with a personal trainer but at a more affordable rate. By exercising in a group of no more than eight, our trainers can give you personalized attention to help you accomplish your fitness goals.
Small Group Training classes include TRX Suspension Training, Barre it All, DRILL IT, CORE and Lose 10. Check out the schedule and sign up today! We can customize a small group training program to meet your needs as well.
All group training classes run for 7 weeks and are progressive. Registration is required. We require a minimum of four participants to run a class.
