Bronze Level (Code: FTWWB): $175 for members; $225 for non-members

Includes Bronze benefits PLUS one small group training session per week
Gold Level (Code: FTWWG): $300 for members; $350 for non-members
Includes Silver benefits PLUS one personal training session per week
Register online, by phone or in person. If you sign up for the silver or gold levels, please email Jane Carroll and specify which group training you'd like to register for and your personal training availability.
*We will set your goal weight as well as a reasonable goal to lose within the 7 week program. Goal weights are determined by height and weight. If you have 20 lbs or more to lose, and you lose the weight set for you by the YMCA personal training staff within the 7 week program, you will get your money back.
Please note, program fees are non-refundable unless you have 20 lbs to lose and meet the goal set by our fitness staff.
