Community Heroes' Breakfast
We hosted our annual Community Heroes' Breakfast on Friday, April 1, 2011 with special guest Jackie MacMullan, a highly regarded local sports analyst from ESPN and the Globe and author of When the Game Was Ours (the book that inspired the HBO documentary "Magic & Bird").
Every year, we invite our donors and volunteers to our Community Heroes' Breakfast to acknowledge their dedication to our Y. We have the event catered and a guest speaker joins us. In the past, Dan Shaughnessy and Leigh Montville regaled us with sports stories and answered questions from the audience. We cannot thank our donors and volunteers enough, and we hope this annual breakfast helps them realize just how important they are to us.
