Swing Into the West Suburban YMCA's

Comprehensive Golf Conditioning Program

Newton, MA-The West Suburban YMCA is pleased to announce a comprehensive golf conditioning program customized for players of all levels. Designed to improve a player's golf game and overall well-being, this program incorporates strength and conditioning, nutrition counseling, lessons from a PGA teaching professional, and physical therapy evaluations.

The Comprehensive Golf Conditioning Program strives to develop an individualized program to increase a player's performance, strength, flexibility, and ability. With the use of Titleist Performance Institute Evaluations and swing analyses, the Y's Golf Fitness Instructor can create a golf conditioning program based on these assessments.

This program also features Tee'd Up, a golf conditioning class that provides participants with golf specific exercises aimed at improving posture, stability, power, and balance while working on golf swing mechanics. Class sizes range from 4 to 10 players and are designed for golfers of any level.

For more information on scheduling, pricing packages, or to register, contact Dan Mandell at 617-244-6050 ext. 3034 or email at danm@westsuburbanymca.org.
