Co-ed Adult Water Polo

Looking to try something new? Or maybe brush up on your skills past?

Join the water polo club! This program is for adults interested in learning how to play, beginners, or players looking to get back in shape and improve skills. This sport is a great total body workout and low impact on your joints. Get your heart pumping and have a ball at the same time. Water polo emphasizes swimming ability, conditioning, ball skills and teamwork. This club is coached by Nancy MacNeil, former Division I water polo player from UMASS Amherst.
