Armed and Dangerous

Your arms are your greatest secret weapon so make the most to strengthen and tone them this fall.  Over a 3 week period, learn exercises that target the major muscles of your arm: shoulders, biceps, and triceps.  Learn the best way to define, strengthen and shape the one area of your body that everybody sees.  Classes begin Tuesday, September 23 at 10:30 am.
