Maintaining Balance through Pregnancy

You may join this class at any stage of your pregnancy.

Class starts with a support and information group lead by a registered nurse and PhD with many years of experience in prenatal health. Then, after a healthy snack, we'll have 45 minutes of prenatal yoga. Expectant moms will have a place to ask questions, share concerns and learn what to expect when baby comes home. It is also a great place to meet other moms and make new friends.

Class starts Thursday, March 4th from 6:30-8pm and runs for 7 weeks. Classes held at our Newton Corner Library Branch (on Vernon Street).

Cost: $100 for members and $150 for non-members.

Register online or by calling (617) 244-6050. Please contact Jane Carroll for more information.
