New Summer Fitness Programs Beginning this July!
Hard Core
Strengthen your core to help your body function better. Move more efficiently and learn how to prevent common injuries, particulary lower back injuries.
Classes meet Wednesdays (7/29, 8/5 and 8/12) from 10 to 10:45 am.
Armed & Dangerous
Learn exercises that target the major muscles of the arm: shoulder, bicep and tricep. Learn the best way to define, shape and strengthen the one area of the body that everybody sees.
Classes meet Mondays (7/27, 8/3 and 8/10) from 10 to 10:45 am.
Cost for three-week courses
$30 for members

Lunch Break-a-Sweat
This 30-minute, action-packed boot camp/circuit class is a sure way to get in a great full body cardio and strength workout during your lunch break.
Classes meet Tuesday & Thursday at 12:15 for 8 weeks starting July 2.
Cost
$50 for members
$75 for non-members
Couch to 5K
This is a 60-minute introductory class that teaches you how to get your body moving by alternating between running and walking short distances and slowly building up until you are ready to run a 5K.
Classes meet Thursday at 6pm for 8 weeks starting July 2.
