Senior Strength Class
If you are looking for guidance in your workouts, a qualified fitness staff member will work with you to ensure that you get the most of your Cybex strength workout. Members will work in no larger than a 1:2 staff-to-member ratio forone hour twice a week. Class is held by appointment only.
