Nutrition Coaching

At the West Suburban YMCA, we believe good nutrition is vital to your well-being.  We do not promote traditional diets, instead we design personalized dietary plans based on lifestyle, goals, eating habits, and preferences.  Our nutritionist acts as a coach and an educator, helping you to make gradual improvements to you and your family's eating habits.  Nutrition coaching helps you understand the impact your food choices have on all aspects of daily life and their impact on your fitness and wellness goals.
