Take it Off, Keep it Off
Take it Off~Keep it Off is a unique holistic 12-week weight management and lifestyle support program designed to educate, support, and cultivate lifelong change. Our program is different in that is is not another diet plan, but an Eating and Exercising For Health lifestyle change which focuses on whole, nutrient-rich foods, targeted fat-burning exercise, and behavior modification. Nutrition education and lifestyle support workshop meets Monday nights from 6-7 pm in the West Suburban YMCA Wellness Center during the duration of the 12-week program.
Program Perks:
-Twelve weekly face-to-face nutrition education and lifestyle support workshops

-Recipes, sample menus, and resources
-YMCA membership joining fee waived*
-10% off one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions during 12-week program
* Membership must be purchased within one month of starting Take it Off~Keep it Off, and be maintained for six months. (You don't need to join the Y to participate in the program)

$199 for 12-week program ($17 per class)
