Wellness Assessment

Wellness is defined as the absence of disease and consists of seven dimensions:

  • spiritual
  • occupational
  • intellectual
  • environmental
  • social
  • physical

Working towards developing all of these areas will help you to establish a more balanced life. This assessment is an overall quality of life assessment that is meant to see which areas of your personal wellness are satisfied and which areas are in need of some TLC. Assessment includes an overview of cardiovascular fitness, flexibility screening, body fat assessment, core analysis, postural alignment testing, stress screening, blood pressure screening, and nutrition analysis.
