Golf Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning:

A nationally certified strength and

conditioning coach will design a program to help you improve your performance on the golf course. The strength coach will evaluate your body and golf swing to analyze areas of strength, weakness, tightness and flexibility specifically related to golf.  Then, your coach will choose exercises to improve your areas of weakness and tightness, and overall strength. Golf conditioning is a great way to:

  • increase drive distance & club speed
  • improve focus and concentration
  • prevent and rehabilitate injuries
  • enhance sport specific-movement
  • increase strength, speed and power
