Nick Cerio's Kenpo Karate & Jujitsu

Through the practice of Nick Cerio's Kenpo, students learn karate as a complete discipline (mind, body, spirit), which, in addition to developing physical defense, encourages theformation of high personal standards and respect for others.

Children will learn bully self-defense and how to avoid strangers on the street. Adult classes incorporate practical street self-defense and how to keep any situation from escalating. Our system is internationally known and respected by the martial arts community due to  the high standards set forth by our founder, Professor Nick Cerio. All of our instructors are internationally certified and have industry leaders in the areas of childhood development, personal and community safety. This program is offered year round, so students of all ages may join at any time. New students get two free trial classes to check out the program.
