A Fantastic Staff!
The staff returns year after year for one reason: They love Camp Chickami as much as our campers do! Our staff continually explores new ways to challenge and excite campers. They work hard to help each camper develop individually while becoming part of a close-knit camp community.
We have more than 75 counselors. Our senior counselors are college-age students and are experienced in working with children. The camper-to-staff member ratio is a low seven to one.
