Camp Frank A. Day - 2008 Residential Camp Employment Opportunities
Are you looking for a job that would be so much fun that you would not even want to call it work? Join the staff of the West Suburban YMCA at Camp Frank A. Day, a co-ed overnight camp in East Brookfield, MA that offers the perfect mix of land and water activities.
Currently, we are looking for caring, honest, respectful and responsible applicants for the following positions:
Laundry/Cleaning Staff will oversee all aspects of the camp's laundry and assist with keeping camp clean. Must be at least 16 years old. The approximate dates of employment are June 21st - August 24th. Room and board is provided.
Maintenance Assistants are responsible for maintenance, grounds and housekeeping of the camp property, under the supervision of the maintenance director. Prior experience in landscaping, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and/or vehicle maintenance is necessary. Applicant must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. The maintenance assistant positions are seasonal positions working 30 hours/week from May 5 - September 19. For the right candidates, we can be flexible about the dates. The pay is $8-10/hour.
