Programs

We expanded our fall programming. Registration begins Monday, 8/17 for family members, 8/19 for all members, and 8/21 for open registration.

In addition to swim lessons, sports leagues and private music lessons, the Y is now offering new infant & toddler programs.

  • Arts & Crafts on Saturday mornings
  • Stories & Movement, a parent-child class on Sunday mornings 
  • Jump, Run and Tumble, obstacle-course fun on Monday mornings

New sports, fitness and creative arts programs for school age children:

  • Art Studio on Saturday mornings
  • Movie Making and Photography classes
  • Y Track and Sports Conditioning 
  • Zumba, Yoga and Fitness classes throughout the week

For adults, we’ve expanded our fitness offerings with rehabilitation training, stress release programs, strength training, water exercise, and yoga. At the Y, adults will find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
