Discounted Memberships
City of Newton, Watertown, Wellesley, Weston and Belmont Employees receive a 25% discount.

This is a 12-week wellness program to help you achieve your wellness goals. Individuals must be referred by a health provider.
Your physical needs, interests and wellness goals will be evaluated to develop a program that is right for you by a qualified Y Wellness Coach. During the 12 weeks, the coach will monitor your attendance and fitness gains by meeting with you periodically (weeks 1, 6 and 12). Your wellness achievements will be shared with you and, with permission, your health care provider.
